I'M a swed and half turkish born 85 and living in USA Irving TX. We moved here june 2009 I Have a son Jeremiah born 2008 and I live with my beautiful friends Dehvon and Chris in a house. Planing to become a yoga instructor looking for a job at Starbucks and soon ill take a driving license. I love dancing and thats really my passion in life :)

MULADHARA- FOUNDATION

Igår fick jag mitt second wristband ett rosa denna gång I pased 25 classes
 

	Building a solid foundation is your focus. Concentrate on alignment, consistency, and adjusting to the practice of yoga. The corresponding chakra is Muladhara, the root chakra. This is the 1st chakra, located below the sacral area of the body. This area is known in yoga tradition to correspond to survival, security, the primal energy of the body, and smell. The corresponding element is Earth.
